Refund policy

Last updated 2026-10-25

Clevir Digital Marketing Services, Zaragoza, Nueva Ecija, Philippines, stands behind Replace-Proof: The AI Direct Response Ads Workshop for Freelance Creatives.

The short version

How to ask

Email hello@ecomadseditor.com from the address you bought with and say you want a refund. There is no form to fill in.

How long it takes

We start the refund within two working days. Your bank usually shows it within five to ten days after that.

Chargebacks

Please write to us first. A refund is faster than a chargeback and we would rather sort it out with you.

Our promise

Questions about any of this? Email hello@ecomadseditor.com and a person will answer.
